Global provider of 3PL and 4PL logistics Williams is pleased to announce the appointment of Bobby Barrett as our new Transport Operations Manager. Bobby brings a wealth of expertise in compliance and process optimisation to the position. He will lead the delivery of a reliable, efficient and well-governed service as we continue to expand in new markets.
Bobby began his career as a Class 1 driver within the UK pallet distribution network before advancing to a high-impact logistics management role at a national decarbonisation company. At Williams, his responsibilities span the management of compliance, people, fleets, safety, and operational performance across multiple depots.
The Transport Operations Manager is central to our ability to deliver a highly responsive, customer-focused service. Bobby is highly skilled in embedding best practices, maintaining rigorous safety and regulatory controls, supporting motivated drivers, and strengthening operational resilience. He is committed to keeping supply chains moving by providing the capacity, agility and operational excellence that our customers need to scale.
